 Our building is now having new exterior paint done. There is regular and professional maintenance, and so everything is in good working order and neat appearance. My kitchen faucet had a leak, which was repaired quickly when I reported it using the convenient website. I am very satisfied and comfortable, and the rent is very reasonable considering the care that goes into the properties.

When I went for a tour at the Willow Brook property and the staff was friendly and very welcoming.The apartment was newly renovated when I moved in but I had no issues. The property itself was nice, clean, and quiet. The staff always had great communication with any news or updates about the apartments/property and made sure to give a notice in advance to any maintenance work via text and email. Property manager Nikki was very attentive, kind, and respectfully responded to any issue or request in a timely manner. I loved living here overall and highly recommend this place especially for single living like myself. They also accepted my ESA which was helpful and meant a lot for me. Thank you Willow Brook!

 Willow Brook Apartments are well-managed and maintained. They're attentive to the needs of their residents. Residing in one of their apartments homes was enjoyable experience.
